Milk is the richest source of calcium and vitamin D. Vitamin D is required for the development of healthy bones and teeth. Fibre also has an added advantage. If you are on weight losing spree, then consumption of hgh and high fibre foods at breakfast helps you to lose weight by curbing your appetite at lunch. Healthy eating requires that you have variety. It is often times, hard to judge whether you are eating healthy or not. You may be eating too much or too little or foods that are very nutritious or not nutritious at all.
