Burn fat with presentation
Wednesday, December 31st, 2008Some foods naturally cause a person to gain weight. Unfortunately they are the ones I like and the ones that taste good to me. Other foods will cause the person eating them to burn fat and replace it with lean muscle. These are the ones that I should be eating and learning to enjoy. What I need is a list of these food and then a recipe book that shows how to prepare them in a manner that looks good and at the same time tastes good. Many times food will taste a lot better if is is presented properly.
