The notes my wife received
Nine months ago my wife took a job with the police department. She works as a community relations officer and does a lot of non-sworn duties in the community. One of the things she has come to love is speaking at local schools. She speaks on a variety of topics and captures the audience’s attention with her humorous ways of explaining things. Just the other day she received a box full of thank you notes from one of the junior high schools in the area. Apparently, although I’m not sure how, one of my wife’s appearances had saved someone’s life at the school.
