Are Men More Easily Persuaded via the Internet?
Are men more easily persuaded via the Internet? There is some truth to the fact that men might be more persuaded by things said on the Internet versus things that are said in person. For example, if you were to have a conversation with a man in person (being a woman of course) and you try to persuade him, he might not be as persuaded as he would if you were to send him an email. Other critics claim that women are more easily persuaded by things that are said to them in person because they are more emotional. This is why, perhaps, that the appearance is given off that men are more persuaded by things communicated on the Internet. But, if you look at it more closely, it isn’t so much that the men are persuaded by things communicated on the Internet. Rather, the issue is that because men aren’t as emotional as women, it makes no difference!
