I could have helped someone with reverse lookup
I recall a time that having reverse lookup would have been beneficial to someone who called my house. This was a few years ago and I did not have caller ID at this time. I had a voicemail message one evening when I came home from work. It was from an old lady who sounded like she really needed some help. However, the message that she left was not for me. It was for the bakery department at the grocery store. She actually left her bakery order on my voicemail. Now, this was during the Thanksgiving holiday season, so I really wished that I could have called her back to inform her that she had left her order at the wrong place.
