Investment or craze, I failed to understand about some of the real estate buyers. You will be surprised about the prices they purchase and sell. I wonder who the buyers at these sky-touching prices are. Who own such a huge amount of money? Say, they are taking loan from the bank. OK, but how they will repay it with the kind of low pay jobs they have – about 90 percent of the common population has only or two family members are earning and the rest is jobless.
