My daughter Got Promoted to Deparment Head at Her Job
My daughter was recently promoted to department manager at the retail establishment she works for. This was an amazing move for her because only a year ago she had earned her degree in fashion merchandising. Part of her new responsibilities would include employee development and training, as well as keeping and attaining a higher employee retention rate. My daughter ended up greatly exceeding every one’s expectations, which did not surprise me at all, because as her mother, I knew what her capabilities were. In the end, she is still thriving with this wonderful company, and has no plans of leaving anytime soon.
