I’m rather proud of myself.  The last few years, I’ve been spending money like I had some, instead spending it like I didn’t.  And I didn’t.  What I was spending was future income and no one told me that my future income might be less than I was already making. So, I’ve had to get some advice, some debt help from an expert in the field.  In the present economy, it’s not an embarrassment to ask for help, the embarrassment would be in not recognizing that we need it.  After all, I wouldn’t crack open my computer by myself.  Why would I want to mess up the rest of life with the wrong help?
