After the no nonsense muscle building review

Friday, November 13th, 2009

I have been trying to build muscles since I am fifteen but the result was always a failure. I have tried almost all of the nutrition products and personal training programs available in the market. I have spent enormous amount of money. I was completely frustrated when I came across the no nonsense muscle building review. The review was about the book no nonsense muscle building. I ordered the book straightaway and started practicing the techniques. Now I have so much muscles that I do not fit into my old clothes. The best point about the book is that it is completely based on scientific principles. If you are tired of being skinny and just can not find a solution, do not wait any more and order the book.

Spring Bikini Plans

Wednesday, November 11th, 2009

My best friend and I are planning a trip to a very fancy resort this spring; the only problem is that neither one of us really feels as if we want to put on a bikini in front of anyone else. Our solution is pretty simple; just start on a bikini boot camp diet. It is not as difficult as it sounds. It just means eating right, exercising and doing a lot of it. It will all be worth it in the end, at least that’s what we hope. We will let you know when we wear our bikinis at the resort.

THe Ghille Suit For A Great Game

Saturday, November 7th, 2009

I like to play paintball. Several of my friends and family also like to play. One of the best things I have bought for my game is a camo ghillie. I can be practically invisible, getting the drop on my opponent. They can’t even tell I am in the area before I have gotten the shot. That way you don’t have to worry about the colors on your clothing alerting the others of your position. The camo makes you blend into the surroundings, so you can just sit and wait for the shots to be just right. I would not play without one!

Golf And Business Deals

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009

My weekend was pretty exhausting due to all the stuff I had to do in order to have a productive weekend. You see, my entire weekend dealt quite a bit with work and play. What do I mean? Well, early in the morning I had to go to the golf store to pick up a single golf clubs set so that I can play with a top businessman who my company wants me to secure a deal with. We played 18 holes of golf during our meeting this weekend. Eventhough I sucked at golf, I was able to secure the business deal.

hunting dog training at home

Friday, October 16th, 2009

I’m actually deciding on having a hunting dog at home. He can be very useful during my monthly hunting trip. It’s always better to go hunting with somebody rather than nobody. They say a dog is a man’s best friend. I could certainly enjoy a hunting dog’s company. However, how will I choose the breed of dog? I think I love how a Beagle looks like. Maybe I’ll buy one and give him hunting dog training. Now I am excited to go hunting with my new dog. I hope everything works out well with the training so that my Beagle will become a full blown hunting dog.

Training for Triathlon Events Can Be Exhausting

Saturday, October 10th, 2009

I wouldn’t say that I am in the best of shape but I am not exactly a couch potato either. I started training for triathlon events that are occurring in my town and never realized how difficult and exhausting it would be. I get up at five in the morning on my training days and am still keeping up with the rest of the things in my life. I know the reward will be well worth it once I cross that finish line but it is really hard right now. I think it would probably help if I had a training partner.

The thinks I took out of my truck

Friday, October 2nd, 2009

Last night I was in my apartment when I realized that I had left my portable DVD player in my truck. I live in a fairly good area; however the DVD player was sitting on the passenger seat and was in plain view. Because of this I got my keys and went out to my truck. While I was out there I decided to get my golf equipment. I had just bought some club and I didn’t want anything to happen to them. Years ago my father taught me the game of golf and I have been hooked ever since. I think I will always play the game.

Introduction to Laido

Saturday, September 26th, 2009

Most people are not familiar with the word iaido. Like judo, karate and aikido, iaido is a Japanese budo art. It differs from the other three essentially, for iaido is an art where a weapon is used for practice. One trains alone, without a partner, with a samurai sword, katana.

So, what is Iaido? Iaido is one of the Japanese traditional Budo concerned with drawing the blade and cutting in the same motion. A typical form consists of the draw and cut, a finishing cut, cleaning the blade and returning it to the scabbard, all without looking away from the imaginary opponent.

Chris Paul wearing Air Jordans

Friday, September 25th, 2009

Chris Paul had an awesome season last year with the New Orleans Hornets.  Yes the New Orleans Hornets, their franchise recently moved cities from Charlotte, North Carolina.  Chris Paul continued to add impressive numbers to the statistics averaging something like twenty two points per game and 11 assists per game. I remember watching one game where he was tearing up the court and making defenders look like they had gummy worms for legs.  It was his sixth triple double, but it was the first time I saw him wearing his Air Jordans.  They looked awesome and I HAD to get a pair immediately.

Martial Arts Classes

Monday, September 14th, 2009

If you are looking for a great way to get into shape this fall, then you really should consider martial arts.  One martial art you might try iskung fu.  Kung fu was an ancient chines form of exercise used by the famous shoalin temple to keep their monks fit as well as safe.  It really is a system for longevity which includes fitness for the mind and the body.

The system has stretching for your flexibility, movements for your cardio, and exercises for strenght training.  You will also learn one of the oldest forms of self defense known to man.  Over all its far better than a gym!

Beach cruisers are all time classics

Sunday, September 13th, 2009

When it comes to beach cruisers sizing is a heavy starch like substance used to impregnate cloth when it is prepared for sale to give it body and stiffness. It also gives the same body and stiffness to the new article of clothing and gives the impression that the material is richer and more expensive than it really is beach cruisers. Sizing usually dissolves the first time the article is washed and the clothing is then revealed to be quite limp and shapeless if it is a very cheap item with much sizing. I think beach cruisers are coming back into style.

The Agility And Speed Regiment

Saturday, September 5th, 2009

In exploring the guidelines for any athletic training program, it is always wise to bear in mind that progress begins with taking the first step.  Agility speed training is critical to the athlete who is called upon to exhibit that rapid acceleration and ability to move quickly in changing directions.  The training begins with a genuine warm-up which can put quite a strain on your muscles even though they may not leave one short of breath.  The drills are then to be completed on alternate days with other exercises.  Sprint drills are on a 1:5 ratio with sprints 5 seconds with 25 seconds rest.  These drills are typically done twice a week in off-season.

My shoppping for treadmill

Friday, September 4th, 2009

Shopping for a treadmill can be a daunting experience. Do you need all the fancy bells and whistles? What features should be mandatory and what are just glitz? Having made this journey myself, I do have an opinion. I looked at many models, including the treadmill proform, and believe that the simplest models, but ones that have a padded deck, are the best. What you’re looking for is a treadmill that you will actually use and the key to daily use is comfort. A padded deck is essential to absorb shock so you will look forward to using the treadmill every day, and continued use is the most important feature of all.Shopping for a treadmill can be a daunting expe…
