it is not enough
i have found that you can not get a really ripped set of abs by just eating a low calkorie diet alone. you can get really close but if you want that professional look you need to go the extra mile. you can do this a few different ways but the most common is carb cycling. this nis the way that many pro fitness competitors do it. i knw that it works too because i have seen it done by people that i know. it is tough though to do. it is good to do with a metabolism boosting workout.
