My sister approached me six months ago and asked if I wanted to start the medifast diet with her.  She thought it would be good to have a diet buddy.  I told her I couldn’t really afford it.  We both are at least 100 pounds overweight.  At least I am.  Now my sister is only about 40 pounds overweight.  The weight has just fallen off of her.  How could I have been so stupid and opted not to join her.  My sister and I have always been rather competitive and I can’t allow her to look this much better than me.  I have ordered the 5 in 1 package and can’t wait for its arrival.
