Cardio workouts without boring machine exercise routines

The first thing most people think of when they want to lose fat is to go to the gym and do a boring cardio machine workout. Let me be the first to tell you that treadmill and elliptical machine workouts are not good exercise routines for many reasons.

First, elliptical and treadmills are boring and create a mind/body disconnection for the person exercising.  When your mind is not involved in the workout, your results will be minimal.

Second, treadmill and elliptical workouts are not as effective for fully stimulating the metabolism and your fat burning hormones as full body resistance training workouts done at a high intensity provide.
