When you go out to look for a diet plan that you hope will help you lose weight fast it would be a good idea to check to make sure the methods they talk about in their plans are clinically proven. The thing about this is it proves not just that the diet has been shown to work in removing the pounds, but that it does it in a safe way that is good for you. The medifast diet is clinically proven to work and although you lose weight pretty fast about two to five pounds a week average, the way they do it is simply brilliant and healthy too!
