Disabled Wetrooms
When my mother was confined to a wheelchair she didn’t want to give up her independence. We didn’t want to have to move her out of her home so we had to reconfigure several of the rooms in her home in order for her to be able to live comfortably there. The first thing we did was look into reconfiguring her bathroom into a wetroom. We visited a showroom that had wetrooms that are made specifically for wheelchair bound people. We would be able to make the wetroom the size that we need so that mom can get herself from her wheelchair into a bath chair. We’re very happy that she’ll be able to enjoy living in her home for years to come.
