How do people get trained for this?
I think the whole idea of Forensic DNA testing is really interesting. I like the idea of using science to help solve crimes and convict criminals. I was thinking that I might like to do this as a career, but I am not sure how to prepare for that. How do people get trained to do forensic DNA testing? What kind of a degree would I need to get? Do the police and other law enforcement agencies hire a lot of people to do this, or is there a chance I might do the training and then not be able to find a job?
