How easy is it do follow Fat Loss 4 Idiots?
I have a really hard time following some diet instructions. I can’t deal with all the calculating that some of the diets require you to do. I don’t want to keep track of servings of types of food or calories. What I would really love is just to have a diet that would give me a menu to follow that includes foods that I like to eat. I have recently heard of a Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet, is this easy to follow? Is there a website that has a Fat Loss 4 Idiots review that I can check out to see whether it is something I can do?
