Due to my hectic work schedule, there were times when I had to skip a meal – be it breakfast or lunch – and I would binge in the evening and the horrible cycle will just go on and on. I felt my body getting weaker, my waistline getting bigger, and my work performance a whole lot more terrible! I thought that I wasn’t taking care of myself more and I started with breakfast. paleo food made me stick to my love for breakfast and lunch while having a healthy feast in the evening. The diet gave me a whole lot of variety and was so easy to prepare so I never had to miss breakfast or lunch again!
