Starting a New Company
I just started my own janitorial company and when I got my first contract I went out and bought all of the commercial cleaning supplies that I would need. I was afraid to buy them before I got a contract because it was a large initial investment. Now that I have the supplies that I need I feel comfortable marketing myself to try to get another contract. For now I will stick with two big contracts because it is just myself and my husband doing the cleaning. If we get too much work I would have to expand and I don’t want to do that yet.
