Was ancient man ever obese?
Was ancient man ever obese? No. There was no processed food back then. No refrigeration to store “excess” food. Food had to be hunted, gathered, and eaten in the same day. Back then, eating was a matter of survival, and men would go out and spend several hours or days searching for, hunting, and gathering food. And with the absence of spices, cooking ovens, broilers, grills, and oils, food was much simpler. Food was organic. Food was natural and unprocessed. There was no chemically treated food. No artificially flavored foods, no added sugars to make food taste better. Hence, people only ate simple foods, and that too out of necessity for survival. They did not eat out of pleasure the way we do now. Hence, they were not overweight, the way so many people in the world are today. Get in better shape and go to Home Exercise Equipment for more help.
