I Started Juicing About Three Years Ago
A professional juice extractor is a must if you want to start juicing. I started juicing about three years ago. Since that time, I have lost over 100 pounds. My first juicer was a old blender that I got from my mom. That was all I could afford at the time and I made it work for me. I have graduated to a much better juice extractor and it makes a big difference. But sometimes you have to work with what you have until you can do better.
