how much propane you got left?

High end gas grills have a lot of cool features on them that you just don’t find on lower end models – extra burners rotisserie, flavor thingys.  One of the handy things you find on them is actually one of the cheapest things to add to a grill and that’s a grill gauge.  It can measure propane left in the tank so that you know if you’re getting low.  It really sucks to run out of propane part way through your grilling experience.  Then you have to move everything to the oven inside and some stuff just doesn’t turn out after being moved – steaks are especially sensitive, and who wants to ruin a good steak.  I say it’s not worth the risk, I make sure I have a little grill gauge to make sure my steaks turn out.
