It may just be so easy for you to go by the plans for your home which were used centuries ago. After all, these plans are not as expensive as modern house plans. Well, for sure, the modern plans are rather more expensive than other plans which make people think twice before taking up these plans for their homes. It is not about substandard plans or the plans working really well but just the fact that these plans are so costly deters people from using them.
