Being the best Realtor in Florida
When I am selling houses, I get a lot of questions about houses in the area, and if there has ever been a storm that has knocked out any houses. I have always been very up front with all of my clients, and tell them the bad and the good news about living in Florida. There are a lot of things that you have to consider when buying a house, and being a tampa real estate agent, I am always honest about what the expect in the way of storms. They don’t hit as often or as hard on the gulf side, but it is something that sometimes happens.
