Take your pack and ship and then ship it out. This is the fulfillment process all wrapped together. This system seems as easy as 1, 2, 3 and it could be if your fulfillment center is run as it should be. It takes good management to make sure the fulfillment process is organized and running properly. Your warehouse has to be well structured, and all of your employees must be on the same page. Even not, the picking and packing aspect of this process will be absolute hell. Even though your shipping isn’t included in your in-house task, it is equally important.
