It’s not often that I’m presented with something in such a way that makes a light bulb go off inside my head. I’ve been in a leadership role at my company for several years, and failure analysis is something that we need to deal with on a regular basis. I was pretty sure I understood everything I needed to know about it, until I took the DVD coursework about this topic during a manufacturing training seminar at work.
