Effective Muscle Building for the Beginner

When starting an effective muscle building (German: effektiver Muskelaufbau) routine, you must first assess your condition and set reasonable goals. You want to get the most out of your efforts and the best way to do that is to be consistent with your workout, diet and rest. A good start to any training program is to keep a training diary. Keep a record of the exercises you do and plan your workouts, including the amount of weight used and the amount of repetitions for each exercise. Plan your diet to include plenty of high quality protein and limit the fat. Don’t ignore the rest time necessary for your muscles to recover and gain strength. Remember that an effective muscle building program takes time, but if you are dedicated you will see results!
