I Need to Learn More
I really had no idea when I went into business about all the different things I would have to keep track of. It gets mind boggling, not to mention humbling. I know a lot about our particular service, but I’m definitely not an expert on everything. A telecom billing solution is definitely up my alley and I’m really having to delve deeper into new areas just to make sure that we have everything in line that we need in order to keep things solvent. It’s a challenge, but I find it rewarding to muddle through and figure things out in the end.
