When holes happen
Any time you develop software you know that their will be some holes in your software’s final release. These holes are just unforeseen parts of the program that allow someone access to parts of the program that you didn’t intend to give access to. Holes are discovered alot in Windows but are plugged by patches. When hackers find holes they exploit them. Microsoft Office Update is designed to quickly plug holes found when the software alerts them of their existence. When something happens people call Microsoft or their antivirus program alerts the software maker so they can create a fix or AVP plug in.
