We started the new series of ‘Gigs of Gwach’ tour in September with Old Fran brings style and completely mad to Gwachel. Became a group of people, including nearly fifty Ystalyfera comprehensive school sixth form students to see the band from Blaenau Ffestiniog, which is currently at number 1 chart C2 Radio Cymru. Reach there by Direct Flights To Amman. There were 2 sets of over a half hour the band and crowd was so much fun and perform classics such as ‘Black Coffee’, ‘Trôns Your Daddy’ and ‘curry’. As well as several songs from their debut album, has had some off the new album, ‘Your Tongue Lady’ will be performing, including the extremely popular ‘Nicyrs Mother Glyn’. One highlight of the night was when a string broke one of the guitars. Rather than waiting for the chord Gail repair Hywel he became the owner of the pub with his banjo and singing with the rest of the small band. Hywel he stayed on to sing for the rest of the set! Thanks to tour for another night to remember in the Gwach!
